No infringement of right against self incrimination when an accused is compelled to give his specimen signature or handwritingincomplete

Article 20(3) includes both oral testimony and statements in writing

Mere mechanical process of producing documents which doesn’t contain an accused’s statement based on his personal knowledge is not self incrimination
